Order Cutoff Time
For orders to be shipped on the same day as ordered*, processing of your order must be completed by 1:00 p.m. CST. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. CST as well as orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Saturday delivery is available if the US Post Office delivers in your area on Saturday. Sunday delivery is not available.

*Note: We keep a broad inventory in stock all the time. However, upon occasion we may have a tremendous number of orders for large quantities which may reduce our stock. If this should happen, we will notify you and ship at the earliest possible date.

Where is our service available?
We take online orders from anywhere in the world, for shipment outside the Continental United States shipping charges will apply. We can ship overseas for you. We will declare a customs declaration here, however you may have to pay a slight duty fee when delivered. We are not responsible for this duty fee.

Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is only available through UPS 2nd Day Air.

Our items are shipped to you via UPS or USPS.

Return Policy
Botanik.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If you wish to return something all items must first be authorized and must have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Once you have this number, you need to ship back all unused products in their original boxes. All returns must be packed and insured. We do not accept open boxes or partially used products for return. Returns will ONLY be credited back to the orignal credit card used for purchases, no execeptions. All packages must be received within 14 days of the issuing of the RMA.
